FSA Reviewing IFA Fees.

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) have published a consultation paper which proposes to change the way it calculates adviser firms regulatory fees from the number of approved persons to a firms income.

According to the regulator, the proposed changes follow concerns they had because the regulatory fees of certain fee blocks were based on the number of individuals in a firm, which does not take into account part-time working or job-sharing arrangements.
