Figures from the Office for National Statistics have revealed that the average yearly salary earned by financial and insurance brokers has increased this year by 17.3% compared to 2010, with the average salary being £54,924.

Brokers rank as the 7th best paid occupation out of 422, according to the Daily Mail.
