Compliance Monitoring Plans - New Monitoring and Reporting Documents

With Treating Customers Fairly and generally being able to demonstrate compliance with FSA rules so high on everyone’s agenda we have added a new suite of documents to the Compliance Shop.

The new documents include:

• A templated Compliance Monitoring Plan with detailed guidance, enabling you to understand what to include to evidence your firm can demonstrate you are treating customers fairly
• An Update Log to keep track of changes to the regulations, your firm’s procedures and any other issues potentially affecting the firm and the way it runs
• A Compliance Report with detailed guidance to ensure the person with responsibility for compliance provides a report to the senior management of the firm covering everything in the Compliance Monitoring Plan and the Update Log

Get Compliance Plan templates in the Compliance Procedures Shop

You should be aware that the Compliance Monitoring Report is completely based upon the Compliance Monitoring Plan and there is therefore an element of duplication. Whilst this is essential for rolling Compliance Monitoring Plans and Reports to be easy to complete and update, we realise the two documents are very similar and this has been taken into account in the pricing of the individual documents and the bundle package for this suite of documents.
