- Open Trustee Bank Accounts
- Deal with HMRC on behalf of Executors
- Copy Wills and Death Certificate(s)
- Compile Gross and Net Estate Values
- Calculate Income/Expenditure/Assets/Liability Accounts
- Summary Report to Executors
- Complete Probate forms
Settle Inheritance Tax Liability/Negotiate structured payment scheme with HMRC if applicable- Ensure Probate Granted
- Apostille Seal if required
- Collect Estate Funds
- Assist with Estate Distribution
- Register Will Trusts (and Children's Trusts) with HMRC for tax liability (or not)
- Tax Returns for Estate
- Tax Returns for resulting Trusts
